Three Ways to Build Your AI Skills
Each programme is structured around clear learning outcomes and repeatable project work — chosen based on where you are now and where you want to go.
Back to HomeOur Learning Methodology
Every programme at Syntara follows the same core framework: short conceptual input, applied project work, structured review, and a clear output you keep.
Concept First
Each topic opens with a clear explanation of the underlying idea — what it is, why it matters, and when to use it.
Hands-On Work
Learners apply each concept to a defined dataset or project environment. Real tools, real data formats.
Structured Feedback
Work is reviewed with specific, written commentary. We focus on what worked and what to adjust — not scores.
A Portfolio Asset
Each programme ends with something you can show: documented code, a working model, or a completed capstone write-up.
Natural Language Processing Workshop
A focused workshop on text-based machine learning, from preprocessing to building useful language models. The programme moves at a deliberate pace — enough time to understand each step before moving to the next.
What you work through
- Text cleaning and tokenisation pipelines
- Bag-of-words and TF-IDF feature extraction
- Sentiment analysis and text classification
- Introduction to transformer-based models
- Building and evaluating a working language model
How it runs
- 1. Asynchronous video sessions covering theory and method
- 2. Accompanied coding notebooks for each topic
- 3. A short applied project using a provided or self-selected dataset
- 4. Written feedback from the Syntara team on your submitted work
Computer Vision Fundamentals
An applied course on image data and vision models, built around clear, repeatable project work. Learners progress through the fundamentals of image processing before moving into convolutional architectures and real deployment patterns.
What you work through
- Image loading, resizing, and data augmentation
- Convolutional neural network architecture and training
- Transfer learning from pre-trained models
- Object detection and image segmentation basics
- Evaluation metrics and model export patterns
How it runs
- 1. Weekly video lessons with annotated reference notebooks
- 2. Three structured project assignments across the course
- 3. Final project: train and evaluate a model on your own image dataset
- 4. Written review and improvement notes after each submission
Capstone Mentorship Program
Extended one-to-one mentoring as learners plan and deliver a substantial portfolio project. This programme suits those who already have some working knowledge of ML and want to take on a project with consistent guidance alongside them.
What the programme covers
- Initial scoping session to define a suitable project
- Regular one-to-one check-ins with your assigned mentor
- Structured milestones: planning, building, evaluating, writing up
- Code and approach review at each milestone
- A documented, portfolio-ready final deliverable
How it runs
- 1. Introductory call to understand your background and project goals
- 2. Agreed project plan with timeline and milestone definitions
- 3. Bi-weekly video calls plus asynchronous support between sessions
- 4. Final session reviewing the completed project write-up and findings

Shared Standards
These principles apply consistently across every programme Syntara delivers.
Data Privacy
Learner data and submitted work are handled in line with Thai PDPA requirements. We do not share or use your work for any other purpose.
Current Tools
All programmes use active, maintained libraries — primarily Python-based — so the skills you build apply to real working environments.
Written Over Scores
Feedback takes the form of specific written commentary rather than numerical grades. This tends to be more useful when the goal is actual skill development.
Small Group Sizes
We keep cohorts and mentoring loads intentionally limited so that each learner gets meaningful attention from the team.
Accessible Support
Questions are welcome throughout any programme — there is a dedicated channel for async questions between scheduled sessions.
Transparent Pricing
The fee shown for each programme is the full programme fee. There are no add-ons or separate charges for materials.
Programme Fees
All fees are in Thai Baht and cover the full programme. Reach out if you have any questions before enrolling.
